Each real estate project is unique, and every client has their individual needs. Depending on if you are searching to buy a commercial space in the city center of Paris, or looking for a pieds-á-terre on the outskirts of your favorite arrondisement, there is no consistency in any real estate project in Paris. 
To ensure we price each of our consulting projects based on the needs and requirements of our clients, we tailor each of our client's quotations based on their specific criteria and timeline. 

Buying and Selling:

For our clients who are searching for a new home, or those who want to list their property for sale, we would negotiate with you a specific percentage (%) of commission that would be based on the price of the real estate transaction minus any fees or taxes paid to the notary. 
We believe in listening to our clients, and hearing about what they are interested in accomplishing. Searching for a new home to live in or to invest, or if you decide to liquidate and sell, we will finalize our commission with you in writing so that you have our guarantee.

Short and Long Term Renting:

Due to offering over 50 short-term rentals and over 200 long-term rentals in the Paris region, we have individual price offerings for each property based on their location, size, amenities and beds for sleeping. 
We do work with large groups who may want to rent multiple properties in the same neighborhood, and if you are interested in living in one of our short-term furnished properties for the long-term we can work something out with you.
