Our commission is based on the final purchase price of the property, and is payable only when the sales contract is signed and executed. This commission structure ensures that our home hunters are motivated to find you the best property during your search and to close the sale successfully.

Our pricing is clear and depends only on the net selling price of your property (excluding potential notary fees and agency fees). The fees we charge help you save on the purchase price of your property and on saving your valuable time.

Purchase price up to 700 000 € : 4 % TTC (minimum 6000€)
Above 700 000€ : 3% TTC
